What is a lemniscate?
The lemniscate is a flat curve that looks like a horizontal 8 and is generally used as the symbol of infinity.
It is a true vital movement that is present throughout our entire body, and it encourages the circulation of energy and therefore the proper functioning of our body.
How is this form of reflexology practised?
The treatment lasts an hour on average, and is carried out with you lying comfortably on your back, covered by a light blanket. Although no pressure is applied, it reactivates the circulation of energy between the different zones of the foot.
